After nearly two decades of teaching experience

what seems clear to me

is that most learners are not reading enough.

My current role as a part time examiner for two of the examining boards and my day job as a chemistry technician now means that I have time to enjoy writing teaching material. 

I am still passionate about science and decided the best way

I can pursue my passion with the goal of encouraging 

students to read more, was to write a science book that makes reading purposeful and fun.

And all about the subject I love!
